Amber
L. Pearce
Amber L. Pearce has been a civil trial lawyer
since 2001 and joined the law firm of Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer,
P.S. in 2002. Amber's practice focuses on appeals, insurance coverage,
and the defense of general contractors and subcontractors in construction
defect claims.
Amber earned her Juris
Doctor in 1997 at New England School of Law in Boston. She
was Editor in Chief of Law Review from 1996-97 and Law Review staff
member from 1995-96. In 1997, the Law Review published her article
"Faulkner v. Jones: The Constitutionality of The Citadel's
Single-Gender Admissions Policy." Amber received the Dean's Award
of Excellence and Achievement in 1997. She earned her bachelor's
degree in English at Middle Tennessee State University in 1988,
during which time she also authored a legislative bill codified
by the Tennessee State Legislature that provided funding for domestic
violence shelters by raising the marriage license fee.
Amber is licensed to practice before the United
States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the
Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, as well as the Washington
state courts, and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association,
and King County Bar Association.
Amber enjoys gardening, rowing, and reading southern
literature.
