Andre
V. Egle
Andre Egle joined Floyd Pflueger & Ringer
as an associate in March, 2011. Andre has an extensive background
in complex commercial and defense litigation. He enjoys solving
intricate legal problems for sophisticated business clients. Andre
has represented businesses in state and federal courts in lawsuits
involving a broad range of claims, including breach of contract,
legal and accounting malpractice, violation of antitrust and trade
regulations, corporate governance disputes, and violations of federal
and state securities laws.
Before entering private practice, Andre served as a law clerk to
the Honorable John C. Coughenour, United States District Judge for
the Western District of Washington. Andre’s in-depth knowledge
of federal trial court procedure adds particular strength to the
firm’s federal court practice.
Andre received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University
of Latvia in 1995. Before immigrating to the United States, Andre
practiced civil law for several years in Riga, Latvia.
Andre earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington
School of Law in 2003, graduating with high honors. Andre is a member
of the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. During law school,
Andre served as Washington Law Review’s Article Editor. Andre
was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and participated
in two national-level moot court competitions.
Andre is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is
also admitted to practice in the federal courts in Washington.
In his spare time, Andre enjoys golfing and digital SLR photography.
