Nicholas L. Jenkins

Nick Jenkins is a partner at Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer. Nick works closely with firm principal Francis S. Floyd with an emphasis on intellectual property and business litigation, the defense of professional liability claims against lawyers and real estate agents, and the defense of injury and other damage claims against construction and mechanical contractors, school districts, municipalities and churches. He practices in both the state and federal courts.

Nick was raised in Edinburgh, Scotland and graduated from the Edinburgh Academy, founded by historical novelist Sir Walter Scott, and the alma mater of many Scottish luminaries including physicist James Clerk Maxwell, and novelist and writer Robert Louis Stevenson. Nick attended Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated in 2001 cum laude and with a First in his Contracts class. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Washington where he earned the Phi Beta Kappa distinction, and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Communications.

Nick married his wife Kate, a Seattle native, in 1995. They have two boys, Ben and Josh.
