Sean E.M. Moore

Sean E.M. Moore has been a civil trial lawyer in Washington since 2000. He joined the law firm of Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer, P.S. in January 2001 and has been a partner since January 2004. Along with Francis Floyd, he represents public school districts and NAIS member institutions in harassment, intimidation and bullying actions, and all manner of labor-related claims. Sean also practices wrongful death defense, premises and products liability defense, and the defense of claims against religious organizations and clergy. Sean is licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Sean’s recent victories include defense verdicts in Martini v. State of Washington, Raunig v. The Golf Club at Newcastle, and most recently, Higgins v. Lakeside School.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and specializations in Human Physiology and English, Sean completed his Juris Doctor at the University of New Mexico in 2000.

Sean is a former credentialed thespian and a veteran of productions in New York City and Florida, as well as a published poet. In his spare time, he enjoys Seattle Mariners baseball, improving his home barista skills, cellaring wine, and watching his 6-year-old daughter delight in the world around her.
