Ringer, P.S. in the fall of 2008, with a focus on medical malpractice
defense. Previously, she was a Deputy Prosecutor with the King County
Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. In nine months, Krysta tried
over fifteen criminal cases and argued motions every week.
Krysta earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Chicago,
graduating cum laude. There, she was a staff editor of the Consumer
Law Review, received the CALI Award in Legal Writing, and was on
the Dean’s List every semester. During law school, she clerked
at the Illinois Attorney General’s Criminal Division where
she worked on rape, child abuse, and homicide cases. Before attending
Loyola, Krysta graduated from DePaul University with a 4.0 GPA,
studying Political Science and Economics.
Krysta is a member of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations.
She enjoys outdoor sports, including trail running, tennis, water
skiing, snowboarding, and hiking with her baby, a 150-pound mastiff.
Krysta is involved in issues concerning gender and politics, and
is an avid reader. Although playing outside is fun, going to trial
is among her all-time favorite things to do.
