Sean E.M. Moore

Sean E.M. Moore has been a civil trial lawyer in Washington since 2000. He joined the law firm of Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer, P.S. in the Spring of 2001 and has been a partner since January 2004. Sean practices wrongful death defense, the defense of professional negligence claims, premises and products liability defense, and the defense of claims against religious organizations and clergy.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and specializations in Human Physiology and English, Sean completed his Juris Doctor at the University of New Mexico in 2000. Sean is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, as well as the Washington and Oregon state courts, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, Oregon State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Lawyers Guild.

Sean is also a former credentialed thespian and a veteran of productions in New York City and Florida , as well as a published poet. In his spare time, Sean enjoys Seattle Mariners baseball, cellaring wine, and watching his daughter, Stella, delight in the world around her.
